Shipping Policy:
We currently deliver orders all over India. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of being placed and delivered within 3-5 working days depending on the final destination. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. The e-mail will include details of the shipping provider and tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting the website of the shipping provider and entering the tracking details.
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. You can also modify your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped from our facility. Once the product is dispatched, the change of address or cancellation will not be allowed.
We currently do not accept COD orders but incase of cancellation of the order our team will validate and process the refunds. Check refund policy below.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
In the instance that you are not satisfied, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. The products will be not exchanged or accepted if it washed.
You have to ship the product to our facility directly using any reputable courier that offers a tracking number. All items must be received by our warehouse within 8 working days of requesting the return.

Upon receiving the product back our quality team will provide an approval after inspection and based on that your refund will be processed. The return cost of the shipment will be covered by customer.
Refund Policy:
For all standard returns, we offer product cost which you have paid (excluding GST + Shipping costs). For damaged products, we will either replace the product or in case of product unavailability offer you a full refund via bank transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
All customized products are not exchanged or returned as these products are specially designed for you based on many verbal communication and we craft them only after getting approval from customer and we maintain 100% transparency.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the product at our facility (includes the time your bank’s processing time).
